It normally takes 3-10 business days to make your tutu and sometimes as little as 1 day, but if a color you have requested is out of stock it can take up to 3-6 weeks to recieve your tutu as I have to wait for the material shipment to arrive. I will let you know in advance if this is the case.
I do not accept refunds or exchanges. There is a $10.00 cancelation fee if I have already started to make the tutu. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact me. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
